The owner of the Excel DynamiX online store (hereinafter the Online Store) is CK DynamiX OÜ (registration code 17161322) located in Tallinn, Estonia.

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of services from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.

Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.

1. Placing an order

1.1 To order a service, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields. Then the amount of the fee will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

Latvian bank payments

Lithuanian bank payments

Visa/Mastercard card payments

For non-online courses, an inquiry must be made and then a price quote will be prepared according to the customer's request.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – ​​when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the Online Store's current account.

The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered to the buyer due to technical problems or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after sending the notification.

2. Right to file a claim

2.1 The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months of the occurrence of a defect by sending an e-mail to ckdynamix@outlook.com.

2.2 The Online Store is not liable for defects caused by the aging of the computer settings used, which have arisen after the goods have been handed over to the Buyer.

2.3 If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is liable, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the Buyer.

2.4 The Online Store will respond to the complaint submitted by the Consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

3. Direct marketing and processing of personal data

3.1. The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the Buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the Buyer. The Online Store transfers personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.

3.2 The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.

3.3 The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying me by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

4. Dispute resolution

4.1 If the buyer has any complaints regarding the online store, they must be sent to the e-mail address ckdynamix@outlook.com If the buyer and the online store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the online store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge. The buyer may contact the European Union's consumer dispute resolution platform. Using the provided sample does not guarantee success in consumer disputes.
